2020 Clinic Schedule

May 8, 9, 10 (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

Price:$650 per participant - Buckaroo Crew Members $600
($200 Non- refundable deposit due by December 1, 2019)
(Balance Due by March 1, 2020)

Auditors: $25/ day or $60 for the three days.

Additional information:
- All horses must be stalled. $25/night plus $10/bag of shavings required for first night.
- Stall rental runs from 1 PM - 11 AM.
- Additional shavings are available for $10/bag.
- Bring your own feed and water bucket.
- Free dry camping/generators allowed in main parking area.
- $25/night RV Hookups. RV rental spots run from 1 PM to 11 AM.

May 29, 30, 31 (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

Location: Cottonwood Creek Equestrian Center

($365 deposit needed to secure spot)

Auditors: Pre-paid: $25/ day or $60 for the three days.

- Bring a comfy chair otherwise stadium seating is available.

This will be a smaller, more intricate group for the clinic

Additional information:
- After deposit is paid, the remaining balance of $400 will be due by Jan 15 2020 or your spot will be forfeited. Starting Jan 1, 2020 clinic price will be $865 and will need to be paid in full at time of booking.
- The ticket price allows us to have a more intricate clinic with Carson with a smaller group.
- $25/night for covered overnight stalls (10 are available; possibly more if needed)
- Shavings are available for $10/bag
- Bring your own feed and water bucket.
- $25 fee will apply upon vacating if stall is not cleaned. You are required to clean it daily.
- Free overnight camping is available at the center, but is dry camping as there are no hookups.  Porta potty available.


June 5, 6, and 7 (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

Location: D'Alonzo Ranch Equestrian Center

Price:$600 per participant until October 1st. $675 after

Auditors:$25/ day or $60 for the three days.

- $125 for boarding horses Thursday  - Monday
- $100 for boarding horses Thursday - Sunday
- Stalls with Paddocks- provide own shavings, feed, and clean.
- Dry camping only, and it's free.


June 20 - 21 (Saturday and Sunday)

Location: Busy Bee Ranch and Equestrian Center

- $25/day for Hookups. There are only 6, so first come first serve.

July 24 - 25 (Friday and Saturday)

Price: $480 per participant ($225 of this is a “non-refundable deposit” needed to secure spot)

Auditors: Pre-paid: $25/day or $40 for both days.
Not pre-paid: $30/day (cash only @ clinic)

Starting Jan 1, 2020 clinic price will be $525, (plus required 1 stall rental for 2 nights $50, plus required 2 bags shavings $20) and will need to be paid in full at time of booking (Min. Total $595 after Jan 1st)
- $25/night for covered overnight stalls (each participant MUST rent/ pay for @ least 1 stall for 2 nights; $50. (Stalls are for Thurs night and Friday night only.)
- $25/night RV Hookups (Thurs & Friday nights, $50 total)  "Limited availability.. first purchase basis".
- Free dry camping.
- Shavings are available for $10/bag (each participant MUST purchase/ pay for @ least 2 bags of shavings to use in stalls with horses; $20.
- Bring your own feed, hay, and water bucket.
- $25 fee will apply upon vacating if trash is left in your area.

(“Minimum Total cost” for early registrants; $550. Includes; 1 stall rental for both Thurs & Friday nights and 2 bags shavings.)
