Additional Information

  • Gates open for clinic at 7am. Clinic starts at 8am
  • A $200 deposit will hold your spot. An additional $100 is due by 2/1/2023 for those not paid in full.
  • All fees are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
  • ​Participant price includes: stall, primitive camping (generators allowed), dinner with Carson, hospitality room, and barn manager on site.
  • ​All dogs must be under control at all times.
  • ​Concession / Food Truck available Saturday and Sunday.

  • ​Advanced horses 10am-12pm and 3pm-5pm Friday and Saturday. Sunday 10am-12pm only. 
  • ​NEW THIS YEAR!!! ---- Sunday from 1pm-5 pm you can pay extra for 1 on 1 with Carson for 1 hour! No more than 3 participants in that hour, so you can share the fee. It will be $100 for the hour. Hold your spot now! You must have participated in the clinic all weekend to sign up for a 1 on 1.

  • ​Horse Stalls: $20 per horse per night. Covered horse stalls, Shavings are not required, but can be used if wanted.
  • ​Bring your own water, feed buckets and hay.
